1/2cuppumpkin pureeabout 6.5 oz raw pumpkin or about 4.8 oz cooked pumpkin
1tsppumpkin pie spice
Any nut butter of your choice
Almonds or pecans
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the milk, oats, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium/low and cook for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat & serve.
