Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a small bowl, leaving out the water, mix until combined, taste and adjust seasonings. Pour in a splash of water for a more pourable texture, if desired. Serve or cover and chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight to make flavors pop.
