1 and 1/2 cupoat flouruse gluten-free oat flour by grinding gluten-free oats into a very fine flour
1 tbspbrown sugar
1 and 1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1 cupchocolate chipsor chocolate bar, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C). Line an 8 x 8 brownie pan or baking dish with parchment paper with overhangs for easy removal and set aside.
Make the batter. Add the peanut butter, egg, honey, milk, vanilla, extract to a large mixing bowl. Use a hand-held mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment to beat the ingredients until combined and smooth. Add the oat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and chocolate chips to the bowl. Use a silicone spatula or a wooden spoon to mix until just combined.
Bake. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and set on top. To test for doneness, insert a toothpick in the center of the bars: if it comes out wet, they're ready. Remove the bars from the oven, lift them out of the pan and allow them to cool down to room temperature before slicing.
