1 tbsp(15 g)tomato paste(or tomato passata if unseasoned or ketchup)
1/2 cup(125 ml)water
1 tbsp(10 g)cornstarch
Instructions
Cook the ground beef. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Break into bits using a silicone spatula or wooden spoon. Mix in the tomato paste.
Add juiciness. In a small bowl or cup mix together the cornstarch and water until the cornstarch has dissolved completely then pour into the meat. Allow to come to a simmer and cook until thickened and saucy.
