In a blender, add the mayonnaise, white onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, transfer to a serving bowl and mix in the cream until combined. Taste and adjust seasonings. Pour in a splash of water for a more pourable texture, if desired. Serve or cover and chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight to make flavors pop.
