    Taco Bell Ground Beef Recipe

This is our go-to ground beef recipe for all our Taco Bell cravings but especially for Taco Bell Grilled Cheese Burritos and just all of their burritos!

Why? Because it makes the burritos melty and gooey just like the ones you get from Taco Bell! It’s so good!

This Taco Bell Ground Beef is:

    • Juicy and saucy for melty burritos and delicious tacos!
    • Never dry and crumbly!
    • Flavorful.
    • Quick and easy.
    • Ready in 15 minutes.
    • Naturally gluten-free and dairy-free.

    Taco Bell Ground Beef Ingredients

Ground beef. We like 93/7 ground beef for this because it absorbs seasoning well and cooks beautifully without releasing too much grease or being too dry.

Spices: chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika.

Tomato paste, for flavor. You can also tomato passata (if unseasoned) or ketchup.

    Water, for added moisture!

Cornstarch, for the saucy texture. Taco Bell uses ground oats for this but because I don’t always have them on hand, I like doing cornstarch! It thickens the added water making the ground beef go from its classic dry and crumbly texture to that deliciously juicy saucy texture you see!

STEP TWO: Add juiciness. In a small bowl or cup mix together the cornstarch and water until the cornstarch has dissolved completely then pour into the meat. Allow to come to a simmer and cook until thickened and saucy.
