Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait
Hey loves!
Today I’m sharing with you this quick & easy Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait!
It’s made with cream cheese, whipped cream, Oreos, and fresh strawberries and it’s basically a no-bake cheesecake in a cup!
It feels like eating a strawberry cloud: sweet, fluffy, with juicy strawberries and a slight crunch from the Oreo crumbs in every bite ⏤ so so good!
It can also be made gluten-free by using gluten-free Oreos! 🙂
Let’s make it! 💕
Ingredients for Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait
- Oreo cookies. I recommend Double Stuf but regular Oreo will work too. Use gluten-free Oreos for GF eaters!
- Strawberries. Other berries will work too: you can try raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, or a mixture of your favorite berries!
- Cream cheese such as Philadelphia (other brands are okay!). Make sure it’s room temperature for better flavor and texture!
- Powdered sugar.
- Heavy cream. Make sure your heavy cream is cold before using it or it won’t whip! Alternatively, you can use Cold Whip but I bet you not to! Homemade whipped cream takes 2-3 minutes to make and it’s much fluffier and delicious, totally worth it.
- Vanilla extract. Optional but recommended, especially if you’re a vanilla lover. Coconut extract is another great option if you’re looking for a more exotic twist on your strawberry parfait!
How to make cheesecake parfait
Prepare the strawberries. Soak the strawberries in a mixture of water and baking soda for 1-2 minutes to get rid of dirt and chemicals, rinse under cold water, and cut off the stems. Cut half of the strawberries in half lenghtwise, and dice the remaining strawberries. Add the diced strawberries to a bowl, sprinkle with sugar, and allow to sit until they have released their juice. If using other berries like raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries, simply soak in water and baking soda and rinse.
Crush the cookies. Add the whole Oreo cookies to a food processor and crush into fine crumbs.
Prepare the cheesecake mixture. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy, add the powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until fluffy and smooth. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream into soft peaks, add the powdered sugar, and whip into stiff peaks. Gently fold the heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture, then transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with your favorite tip.
Assemble the strawberry cheesecake parfaits. Place a few spoonfuls of Oreo crumbs into the bottom of each glass, add the halved strawberries along the sides of each glass, pipe some of the cream cheese mixture into each glass, top with another layer of Oreo crumbs, cheesecake mixture, and finally add the diced strawberries on top.
How do you store parfaits?
Cheesecake parfaits are best eaten as they’re made, I don’t recommend storing cheesecake parfaits as they contain fresh fruit and other fresh ingredients like cream and cream cheese.
Over time, the strawberries would start leaking and the heavy cream deflating giving your parfait a very unappetizing look!
You can easily cut this recipe in half if you think you’ll need fewer parfaits!
Do not attempt to freeze the parfaits as the ingredients contained do not freeze well.
Can I make parfait in advance?
No, sorry! Unfortunately, this no-bake dessert is supposed to be served immediately as it contains fresh fruit and fresh ingredients like cream and cream cheese.

- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese room temperature
- 1/4 cup (31 g) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (250 ml) heavy cream cold
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries. Soak the strawberries in a mixture of water and baking soda for 1-2 minutes to get rid of dirt and chemicals, rinse under cold water, and cut off the stems. Cut half of the strawberries in half lengthwise and set aside. Dice the remaining strawberries, add them to a medium bowl, sprinkle with white granulated sugar, and let sit for 10-15 minutes or until they have released their juice.
- Crush the Oreos. Add the whole Oreo cookies to a food processor and crush into fine crumbs.
- Prepare the cheesecake mixture. You'll need a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment or a handheld mixer for this step. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy, then add the powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until fluffy and smooth. Set aside. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream into soft peaks, add the powdered sugar, and whip into stiff peaks. Gently fold the heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture using a rubber spatula. Be very gentle when folding or the heavy cream will deflate. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with your favorite tip.
- Assemble the strawberry cheesecake parfaits. Decorate with extra whipped cream or cheesecake mixture and whole strawberries if desired! Serve immediately.
