This Avocado Cottage Cheese Dip is healthy, creamy and packed with protein! Ready in 3 minutes, this dip makes avocado taste uniquely different from classic guacamole or other avocado dips!

Avocado Cottage Cheese Dip
We love a good avocado dip and I’ve posted many from our Avocado Hot Sauce to our taco-stand Avocado Crema so I wanted something different that didn’t rely on onion, jalapeños, cilantro and other classic ingredients for avocado dips.
I whipped up this Avocado Cottage Cheese Dip so it would be creamy like guac but healthy, protein-packed and unique, the type of dip you can inhale even if you’re into fit-friendly recipes or if you’re looking for something different!
This Avocado Cottage Cheese Dip is:
- Creamy and rich like guacamole but protein-packed.
- Healthy and delicious.
- Flavorful but unique, no cilantro, onion or jalapeños.
- Bright, fresh and balanced.
- Ready in 3 minutes.
- Perfect as a fun dip with tortilla chips or on a toast.

Avocado Cottage Cheese Dip Ingredients
Avocados. We like using Hass because they’re richer and creamier with a better flavor so I recommend these. Make sure they’re ripe: dark purplish/green peel and if you gently press, you leave an indent.
Cottage cheese. I use whole milk cottage cheese but you can also use low-fat. This is the protein-packed ingredient!
Parsley, to add brightness, most avocado dips use cilantro so I wanted to make this one unique and use parsley instead.
Olive oil, for a creamier texture and a hint of Mediterranean flavor. Make sure you use a high-quality olive oil as some brands can taste a little too strong.
Apple cider vinegar or white vinegar, for tanginess and brightness and to keep the avocado from browning.
Salt and pepper.
