    Meatballs In Beer Sauce

Hey babes, I made you meatballs in beer sauce today and OMG you’re not ready for these. Being a food blogger I don’t get to cook the same dish twice and I usually love it but when I come across dishes like this one… damn I wish I could just make it every single day!!!!

These beer meatballs are perfectly tender and glazed with a slightly bitter & tangy lemon beer sauce. Out of this world. You can make these with pork or turkey, I tested both options and they were both delicious.

Honestly, it was hard to tell the pork ones from the turkey ones because they’re just *SO* flavorful and tender! The sauteed onions and nutmeg did their job wonderfully and the beer sauce is more than finger-licking good, it’s more like slather-yourself-in-it-good! Glossy, sticky, slightly bitter, tangy … gimme it!!!
